Enterprise & Public-Sector Systems

Some software has to answer for every change. We’ve spent two decades building systems for public agencies and private organizations where records must be complete, access must be controlled, and every action must be traceable.

The problem

What this solves

If any of these sound familiar, this is the right page.

  • Records split between paper, shared drives and legacy software
  • No reliable history of who viewed or changed sensitive information
  • Several agencies or departments sharing one process with different permissions
  • Systems that must keep working through staff turnover and audits
What we deliver

Solutions we build

Records management

Case files, incident reports, evidence and document tracking, structured around how the organization actually files them.

Audit trails

Append-only history of every view and change, with who, what, when and why recorded alongside the data.

Access control

Role- and unit-based permissions, two-factor sign-in and session controls designed in from the start.

Encryption & data handling

Encryption of sensitive fields at rest, careful key management, and backups that are tested by restoring them.

Law Enforcement Records Management, representative interface
Client project · Law Enforcement Records Management

Records that can answer for every change

A records management system for multi-agency law enforcement teams: case files, incident reports and evidence tracking, with role-based access and a complete audit trail of who viewed or changed what.

  • Case files, incident reports and evidence
  • Access scoped by role and agency
  • An audit history alongside every record
More client work

Representative interface with sample data. Agency systems and records are never shown.

The foundry process

How a project runs

Every project moves through the same five stages, whether it’s a single integration or a full records system. You see working software early and often.

  1. 01

    Discover

Every great creation starts with an idea.

We examine the challenge, understand the opportunity, and establish what needs to be built.

  2. 02

    Shape

    Ideas need structure.

We architect the technology, plan its components, define the experience, and create the foundation.

  3. 03

    Forge

This is where the work takes form.

We engineer the application, integrate the systems, develop the functionality, and turn architecture into working software.

  4. 04

    Refine

Precision separates a prototype from a product.

We test, secure, optimize, and improve the solution.

  5. 05

    Deliver & Evolve

Built for use. Designed to grow.

We deploy the finished solution and keep supporting it as it evolves.

Under the hood

What we build it with

Proven, well-supported tools we use on our own products every day, chosen for the job rather than for fashion.

  • Field-level encryption
  • Audit logging

Identity

  • Role-based access
  • Two-factor sign-in
  • Session controls

Hosting

  • Tested backups
Who it’s for

Who typically needs this

  • Public agencies and task forces
  • Multi-department and multi-agency teams
  • Organizations handling sensitive personal data

We build to the security requirements our clients operate under. We don’t claim certifications or authorizations we don’t hold; compliance responsibilities are scoped explicitly with each client.

Evidence

Work that shows how we do this.

Client projects are labeled as such. Products are ours: built, owned and maintained in-house.

Questions

Common questions

Do you work with public agencies?

Yes. A large part of our work over two decades has been for public agencies and organizations with strict accountability requirements.

Are you certified for a specific compliance framework?

We do not claim certifications we do not hold. We build to the requirements your organization operates under and document how the system meets them.

Can you move us off a legacy system without losing records?

That is usually the most important part of the project. We plan and test the migration before anything is switched over.

Where is our data hosted?

Wherever your requirements say it should be: self-hosted infrastructure, your own cloud account, or a managed provider.

Next step

Have an idea worth building?

Bring us the challenge. We’ll help shape the solution. You’ll hear back from the engineer who would build it, not a sales team.
